Jeanine Simnick, (she/her), Director of Development, brings more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership and fundraising and is passionate about expanding opportunities for people who have faced significant barriers in life. She believes everyone deserves the opportunity to be seen, heard, and given a fair chance to thrive.
As Development Director, Jeanine leads fundraising strategy, cultivates relationships with donors and partners, and helps expand the resources that make UnCommon Law’s mission possible. She looks forward to connecting with supporters and partners who share UnCommon Law’s commitment to creating pathways to hope, dignity, and second chances.
Before joining UnCommon Law, Jeanine held advancement leadership roles at several universities and nonprofit organizations, including University of the Pacific, University of Illinois, and ACLU Foundation of Iowa. She holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management from Regis University and is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE).
